The app is fine, helpful even, but Snapshot sucks. You're required to allow it constant access & it drains the battery. Turning it off doesn't help bc it'll turn itself back on even if the phone hasn't moved at all. The driving records are inaccurate, too. Some are logged, some are not. If you use hand-free through Bluetooth, it'll log it as if you're using the device. It has logged my trips as if I'm riding on a bus/bicycle & if you hit a pothole it activates hard braking. It's not worth the $.

The app is good & easy to use for the most part. I wish it didn't have to go to website just about every time I try to do something. It just gets irritating bc if I wanted to use the website to do whatever I'm trying to do, I would have just went to it instead. Also it's looking like if I continue to stay with them that my rates are gonna keep climbing for no reason bc nothing has changed on my end & media says rates are low in my area so will be shopping around I guess. Not good way to keep ppl

Progressive's app is so easy to use and is so informative. They make it easy to navigate, any question I have is easily found on my own. if you really need help they will answer quickly and solve your problem. I have used other insurance companies and their apps and they don't compare to progressive. Other companies apps make you second guess yourself before committing to a confirmation. their vocabulary is vague and assumes you understand. Progressive puts your mind at ease.

We’ve updated Policy and Coverages. It now includes policy details up front and guides you to more info, like your coverage limits and how much each coverage costs.
Plus, you can add your ID card as a pass to Google Wallet, giving you another convenient way to access it.
