I have 2 accounts and can only access 1. You fixed the one I couldn't access and lost the one that was ok. I was instructed to download a 2nd brightspeed app onto my phone and sign in with a different email. When I did that, it wanted a new cc number. I put it in, and someone hacked my cc number. I got a "suspicious activity" notice and called the cc company to get that sorted out. I would like you to combine my page to include both accounts. It was that way until you forced me to get fiber.

This is the absolute worst wifi service you can imagine. And the customer service is horrible too. We've been sitting for days waiting on a service tech that keeps rescheduling. I wouldn't give this company a penny. The wifi drops and goes in and out every 15 or 20 minutes. You can't use certain streaming like Amazon Prime. It's the worst. We are definitely going back to At&t. This is a disaster

Extremely disappointed with brightspeed as a company, never actually got to use the app. Payed for installation, was postponed and canceled(by brightspeed) on same day. Next business day a neighbor received installation. I called to ask about what was going on(only positive in this experience) a very kind and apologetic service person, but could not issue a refund for '30-45DAYS'!!! Had no problem taking my money right away!!!!
