Slow, clunky and crashes often. Tried to look at teas and was going to order through the app but it kept crashing. going to the website instead.

app is VERY buggy! Kept crashing. Can't use it. The tea is delicious though.

My order arrived. I'm satisfied with the products. I went and set a new order, which went through but once again, there's no confirmation email. And for some reason I now am not able to log into the app. Please help.
