Very bad for reselling. Even though I have brand authorization approved in my qualification center, they still give me counterfeit violations and deactivated my shop for no reason, even after I successfully appealed the violation. The customer service is not good at all. Amazon is much better — their customer service is far more responsive, unlike TikTok Shop, where I created a ticket and have been waiting for over two months without any reply.

I had to jump through several hoops just to become a seller on tiktok. As a test run, i chose to sell 1 item last year, successfully. Here it is 1 year and 2 months later, I STILL have not received my commission despite 32 documented correspondences with customer online support. I am very disappointed and can not in clear conscious recommend.

if you are a seller, I don't recommend here. because if the buyer complain about the product, they'll get a full refund.even the mistake is not from seller. and seller will deduct all the money and the product can't return back to seller. even we chat with cs, they don't give us a solution.
