Takealot messed up my order and won't fix it. I placed an order to have delivered to my fiance. They sent the wrong items, and upon returning the incorrect items, instead of shipping the correct items as they promised, they credited my account for only 1 of the 3 items. 3 weeks later and multiple attempts to contact them and they are ignoring my emails and keeping my money. Takealot will steal your money and give you nothing in return. If they fix this I will edit my review.

Quick, simple and efficient. Love it!!! Orders processed super fast, sometimes even getting it the very next day without having to pay extra. Only problem I have is that most items shows eligible for cash on delivery, but every order I have made so far since last year August had not given me the option to choose cash on delivery even though it's under the R3000 limit. Please fix this, thank you for the great shopping experience.

The app works well and everything is good until it isn't anymore. Takealot not honoring warranties is a problem and a 6 month warranty limited to two weeks is deceptive and just plain wrong. That alone is enough to question if buying something from there is worth the possible lack of warranty.
