Shopee is collaborating with PT Lentera Dana Nusantara to offer a cash loan service called SPinjam via the Shopee application. SPinjam by PT Lentera Dana Nusantara is licensed and supervised by the OJK (Financial Services Authority). SPinjam provides cash funds up to 50 million and a loan repayment period of 3-12 months.
Loan Simulation:
Loan Amount: Rp3,000,000
Loan Period: 6 months
Interest Rate: 1.95% per month (Maximum Annual Percentage Rate 27%)
Administrative Fee: 1% per transaction.
Therefore, the Total Payment = Rp3,381,000 or Rp563,500 per month

The app is so laggy even when my internet speed is fine. When I open the app, it automatically plays video from the live & video menu. And if I clicked on another menu, the audio from the live & video menu is still playing in the background. It only stops when I remove the app completely from the recent apps. Edit: I have 150+ GB of free storage and 8GB RAM. This has nothing to do with my phone's storage.

Regarding your problem, I suggest you try periodically and make sure your internet connection is stable and the memory and RAM on your phone are still sufficient. If you still have problems, you can contact the admin again at @Shopeecare_id. ^XR

Back button or back swipe does NOT WORK in this app! You have to force close the app for it to start working, but it will work only for a few minutes before stopping again. This bug has existed for a long time and Shopee is refusing to fix it. Not being able to go back out of different screens with a button/swipe makes the app MUCH more difficult to use. Edit: Always latest app, always same problem. Please fix your app! It's buggy!

My purchases above 100k are always canceled by the system due to indications of unusual activity, customer service is not helpful at all and seems to blame me for having multiple accounts and violating the terms of use of vouchers when I only have one and only use the vouchers available, this problem continues to occur and makes me think of switching shopping platforms. What a disappointment, both this app and the customer service. 👎
