App works fine. Usually stay at Strat Las Vegas 3-4 times a year. Self checkin kiosk never works, and the rewards and incentives that use to be pretty good are a joke now. Ceasars and MGM offer much better offer, i.e Comp rooms, Freeplay, and food discounts.

There should.be a way to.activate my free play from the app as well as the ability to change my pin number. That would make life a whole lot easier and would avoid having to wait in line at the rewards counter. What I do like about the new app is being able to book my hotel reservations quick and easy...it's a huge improvement.

liked it more when you could win free play, through the games that were free...years ago, during football season, the promotional deals. The ones where you would compete against the other customers at the location you choosefor your" home tavern." I won $100 or $500 in free play one time back in 2017 from that stuff. Went directly on my card at the time. Awesome, but not for a long time now!
