Something is wrong with this app these days. I used to be able to log on, but now It won't let me log in. Keeps stating error. It won't accept new password attempts. I've tried changing my password, and that doesn't help. I can log into main Mystic website, but of course that that doesn't help with seeing if I have any promotional messages.It's frustrating. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Also, shutting down the phone completely hadn't helped.

Will not let me create account. Keeps showing missing patronld/email ? I've uninstalled and reinstalled, powdered phone off/on I am a club m member trying to create an account and been trying many times with no luck ? I don't get this ? I'm a member and can't even create an account. Have never ever had any issues installing any other apps in my life. This is a first. Very frustrating.

UPDATE 5/8/23: My review remains 1 star. After logging several complaints in person and emailing through the provided address, they denied me the promotions claiming I "missed the promotion window." I love much of the app but the ability to sign up & receive the exclusive promotions such as gifts, rewards, etc offered only in the app in the inbox continue to not work. I've asked for help with the glitches at the Casino onsite and the changes they made removed my special promos completely.
