Been on a weight loss journey this year and it was tracking fine. Today I log my weight and it deleted my initial weight and reprogrammed it to a new one (plus 5 lbs). All the data is gone. Customer service says it can't be fixed. what? I can't go in and manually change it back either. That's disappointing. Ill be looking for a better smart scale.

All of a sudden, it stopped syncing data to the Fitbit app. When I try to toggle the switch to start syncing again, it asks me to log in with a Google account, but I was refused by Google, stating that the browser or app is insecure. You guys should try to use Google's authentication window, instead of trying to log in users in the embedded in-app browser

For a while it was crashing or logging out randomly. That seems to be fixed, but now some features are gone. There was an area that gave your ideal body weight, body type, etc. based on your calculations, but that's gone now, and I'd really like for it to be brought back. The app and scale connected well, easy setup, no issues since the crashing issue was fixed. It calculates everything for you (except actual measurements like circumference). Easy to use.
