Dear PLAYJACK, your casino gaming app & website are MUCH improved! Fantastic work! 👍🏻Graphics and animations are smoother. The user-interface is friendly, quicker downloads, and no more frozen screens!! Compared to 5 years ago when I signed up, it's a night and day difference! Great work! My fav is Blackjack.... Bogus! I purchased chips, google play said transactions successful, then PlayJack says transaction unsuccessful. I try again, same thing. I open google play, it shows transactions complete, look at my CC and both transactions complete. I send an emaill, a message on messenger. I was ignored on messenger, I was asked for screenshots an hour after I sent the initial email. I sent those and then over 12 hours later I get email saying I never sent the screenshots. Horrible Customer SVC.
