putting a discount without telling the seller first ✅ very complicated UI ✅ too much unnecessary things ✅ a discount, commission and platform fee ✅ i sell preloved items, I'm only a small business owner. You guys should have supported us small businesses. before this application, i didn't have any problems with the Tokopedia Seller. I want the old one back. This one is so so so so much worse in everything.

Very bad for reselling. Even though I have brand authorization approved in my qualification center, they still give me counterfeit violations and deactivated my shop for no reason, even after I successfully appealed the violation. The customer service is not good at all. Amazon is much better — their customer service is far more responsive, unlike TikTok Shop, where I created a ticket and have been waiting for over two months without any reply.

I had to jump through several hoops just to become a seller on tiktok. As a test run, i chose to sell 1 item last year, successfully. Here it is 1 year and 2 months later, I STILL have not received my commission despite 32 documented correspondences with customer online support. I am very disappointed and can not in clear conscious recommend.
