Worked great for about a year, then today it decided not to be connected to the fan anymore. Tried "re-pairing" about 12 times and it never got past 40% before saying it "disconnected". I've cleared the apps cache and tried again and it still doesn't work, did the same thing after clearing app data, and after reinstalling the whole app. This app has officially stopped working so it is now useless.

Often "smart home" devices are less capable than advertised, and apps are frustrating to use. Dreo however immediately won me over, with a very well designed app that allows surprisingly easy control of all the features of their products. You can set schedules, turn fans or heaters on at different speeds for different temperatures, and the app is both clear to use and very responsive. Other manufacturers should study this app as inspiration. everything you want, little else.

the device I was given is incapable from connecting to either a 5 or 2.4 ghz wifi. I have changed WiFi routers, had spectrum come out several times, and have troubleshoot multiple times, to which my device must be defective, which is very sad as I was looking forward to the updates. I am unsure as to how to contact them for assistance or support, and would like a replacement if possible. the device works fine, it just can not connect to Internet and therefore I am unable to use app or update.
