when signing in, it makes you put your birthday after every key stroke, and then after all that, it keeps saying my birthdate and number don't match their records. Also, when going to the website, they can't even find my email. which I've talked to the help desk twice. I haven't even received emails or sanil mail, even though I've been going for at least 6 months now.

This app is a joke. Everytime you put a number or letter to sign in you have to verify your birthday. After that 15 minute waste of time then it comes up and says the card number and birthday don't match. Deleted the app it's a waste of time and space.
