I downloaded this game to learn how to play slots. Luckily, I won 200 and tried to cash out but had to go through a verification process, which I did. While waiting, I played some more and won 499. The verification process was still pending at this point. Then, all of a sudden, the game started crashing and took everything plus 200 that to no process to come out my card. Today, I got an email saying that I have multiple accounts. I'm definitely deleting the game and not playing another dollar.

I won money, they requested ridiculousness. After having been verified already mind you. They wanted me to show them a bank statement that has my debit card number on it. I explained I couldn't provide that, so they told me if I just provided a recent bank statement with only me on the account, they would get it taken care of. Now, suddenly, that's not an option. save yourself the heartache, go to Chumba.

Been playing via bookmark on my phone, downloaded the app just to leave this. I never bad mouth anyone but this is terrible. Won $400 out of the gate then it took forever to get verified, the second I played through all of that though, hey look at that I'm verified and I haven't had a sniff of winning since and I haven't been cheap about buying SC either. I get it's gambling but something seems sketchy there and it's a bad look. Deleting.
