The app is very user friendly, allows you to claim tickets you win and not worry about losing your winning tickets. Cash out is also simple when your done just go to the ATM follow the prompts and you'll be set. App also allows you to access most games and tables. So no need to set money down just scan the code and you'll get your ships from there. ~San

Unbelievable! After taking forever to download, install and open, this app couldn't find my ID so I had to go to the cage and finish the sign-up. I gave them my ID and VIP card and phone # and SSN# and email only to find out they wouldnt approve me, I don't know if it was my checking account or what but what a huge waste if time also made me feel stupid like I can't qualify for an APP!! FORGET IT!!

Being a casual player and having access to the VIP Mobility app has help me toenjoy playing slots more than I expected. Kinda slow to scan & recognize the slots machine sometimes but still WAY faster than getting up and going to the ATM for money.
