I once gave this app a great review. it has gone down hill dramatically. The help team takes days to get back to you if at all. The payout s went way down and they game play differently. if you don't play for a while you get even less. I used to get bonus money all the time hardly ever get any anymore unless you have 1000$ to play on games they want you to play you can forget it. they did a complete overhaul to a money grab app it's disappointing. I loved. it for a long time till recently.

Great casino experience,. but this app has to have the world record for "World's slowest withdrawal" "Within 30 minutes" it says. I think ill turn into a skeleton before it clears. Update: If they add the wording "May take up to 24 hours to process then 30 mins to pay out" in the deposits/withdrawals page Then ill shoot it up to 5 stars.

Terrible app. crashes and freezes all the time, cards won't clear so you can't even bet when you want to, constantly takes bet away after placing bets well on time and above min. Now balance won't change when you W or L till you log out and log in again, so you can never be sure where you are at while playing. This has been my experience playing live dealer speed baccarat for over a yr on my phone. have reinstalled app several times, does not help and getting worse, used to work better.
