I've been playing this for a long time and I love this app. At least until this past few months. Just wish you could scan one ticket right after the other without having to hit enter another ticket. Like others reviews on here, getting too hard. When I spend so much money on tickets and don't win, I'm disappointed but not that much because I have gotten some nice things with the points from losing. But it's getting to be too much work scanning tickets. Not working well.

Frustrating. Since the update about a month ago the operation is slow and very jerky. Check Tickets and Enter Tickets functions are so slow that they are now not reliable. The prize wheel "Spin" function doesn't. The rewards list never seems to update and shows everything ever earned as Not Redeemed. Prior versions of the app had none of these issues.

The App Hasn't Been Working Right After The Last Few Updates 😞 Now (As Of 7-2025) I Can't Get The Check Tickets To Work AT ALL (4 About 1 Week) And I Have 2 Manually Type In ALL OF MY TICKETS. (4 About 1 Week) It's Frustrating. My Game's Aren't Popping Up 4 Me 2 Play, It Didn't Give Me Credit To Play My Game When It Was Time, When It Did Give Me Credit The Next Time It Just Added My Prize/Draw Points On And Didn't Even Telling Me I Won Anything.
