Never Loads. Once you open the app and it's loading, a pop up appears and says Unable to load data at this time. Please try again. Sucks because I had the app at one time and I did like it alot. Then one day I went to open it and it wouldn't load.

5 stars when it works as supposed to. For the past month when I try to open the app to check my points status, it stays stuck on the main screen and says it is "reloading, try again later".

Last few months unable to open app. Never had any problems until recently. I've uninstalled app numerous times. Reinstalling app, hopefully it has been updated or issue has been fixed.
